Darcy Rezac, author of WORK THE POND!, is managing director of The Vancouver Board of Trade, an internationally recognized business association. A science graduate of McGill University and MBA from The John Molson School of Business, Darcy has held executive positions with the federal government, Alcan and General Motors. He writes, speaks and consults on social capital, leadership, Positive Networking® and corporate & employee engagement with business, governments and universities worldwide. He is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Davos Circle.

Darcy is also the CEO of the recently launched Rix Center for Corporate Citizenship and Engaged Leadership. Darcy Rezac, with university business deans, Daniel F. Muzyka and Ali Dastmalchian, have been involved in a large-scale study developing and testing his Engaged Leadership Matrix™ model (also known as the RDM Matrix™) among managers and executives.
